When your item is damaged or faulty, you will get a new item if it's still in stock. When there are no more items available, you will receive a reimbursement instead.
What to do:
Return your order withing eight (8) working days after your purchase in the original packaging and include the original invoice, delivery note or fax and the return note.
The costs for return will be paid by shop.imcmodels.eu.
You must send an e-mail to service@tadanoshop.eu containing your order number, your account number, the name of the account holder and the reason for return.
After receiving the returned goods, the cost of the goods will be reimbursed to the account holder.
